Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I would like to introduce my company and myself. The name of my company is MDCC LLC (Maintaining Direct Communications Company LLC.) My name is Mark D. Carter Sr.

MDCC LLC designs and customizes installations to meet individual communication needs of our customers.

MDCC LLC and its technical staff offer 73 years of combine service in communications.

I have been in the communication industry for over 38 years. My expertise includes nurse call, intercom, paging and sound systems, ventilator alarms, cardiac alarms, and respirator alarms tied into nurse call systems. I am a former employee of Executone ®™, (32 years) as a Master Technician. During my tenure with Executone ®™ , I managed the health care department, designed and customize installations to meet individual customer needs.  I provided tech support for customers and other technicians across the country.

I am an authorized manufacturer distributor of the following products:

·        Jeron Electronics System (Nurse Call Systems)

·        Ring Communications (Intercoms)

·        Visiplex Inc. (Wireless Communications)

·        Versus Technology  (Locating and Tracking Systems

MDCC LLC and its staff are certified to install/service the above products. MDCC LLC is the New Jersey representative for Valcom Inc. (paging and sound systems). My credentials also include certifications on all Executone ®™ products and systems. 

MDCC LLC employ’s five technicians that are equipped with company vehicles that are maintained fully stocked with service and installation inventory.
